AAW at the University of Florida established the Madelyn Lockhart Dissertation Fellowship and Emerging Scholar Awards to honor outstanding female graduate students. AAW presents one fellowship and the remaining fellowship finalists are automatically considered for the AAW Emerging Scholar Program.
